Where do you see the fitness industry going in the next 5-10 years?
With knowledge increasing at a rapid rate, I see the general public being better equipped to stay in normal average shape. I see the gym rats surpassing all their previous goals. I see the Natural competitors getting more spotlight over “mass monsters”. I see the return of proper Classic Posing. I believe with this knowledge increase that the supplement companies will begin to suffer as people realize there is little benefit to be gained from many of them. The “average joe and josephine” become a voice in the fitness sport as people realize that some of the greatest fitness athletes are people who have never graced a magazine.
What motivates you?
I would say God blessing me with this body to grow and surpass my former self when so many have suffered loss of function. Doubt fuels me also. Growing up extremely skinny and weak, I refuse to be that person anymore. Showing guys my age to not to let the body degrade over time. To become stronger instead of fading and show that your 30’s and 40’s can be your peak instead of your teens and 20’s.
